Terms & Conditions
Safety.
All our products comply with British and European Safety standards, and are tested to the highest degree. Some products, i.e. Barbecues, Candles, and Lanterns will get hot during use and it is the customers responsibility to take the necessary precautions when handling such items.
Refunds.
We will gladly accept returns within 28 days of purchase of any item, providing it is unused and in its original undamaged packaging. Please obtain proof of postage. We regret that postage costs cannot be refunded. We cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage for goods that are in transit to us. Valid claims will be paid in full within 30 days of receiving your claim.
Currency.
All prices quoted are in British Pounds Sterling
Trade Descriptions Act.
We have done everything we can to ensure that all descriptions and photographs are accurate, but slight variations in size, design or colour may occur. All sizes are approximate.
Privacy.
We do not pass on or sell any information to third parties. We may send out a newsletter from time to time. If you wish to unsubscribe, please email sales@alfrescobydesign.co.uk and we will remove you from our mailing list.
Validity.
Alfresco by Design reserve the right to amend terms and conditions at any time.
